A reservation fee of $500 guarantees a puppy
The cost of a Cutest AKC Arizona Yorkie on puppy-pick-up-day is $3500

APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN
1. Download Puppy App (or via QR code on Home page) on your mobile device.

2. Complete Puppy application to apply
3. Within 24 hours, Mellissa (Breeder) will call you to schedule a Zoom, FaceTime or Microsoft Teams virtual call.

During our call:
- you'll see puppies :)
- have opportunity to ask additional questions
- Breeder may ask additional questions
By the end of the call:
- We'll determine together if this breed is right for you
- If you meet all criteria, you'll have a puppy to take home on 8/6/24!
After call, return to pg.2 on APP
- Sign and Submit Puppy contract
- Pay reservation fee via QR code
- Fill out your invoice receipt.
You’re reservation will then be COMPLETE!!
Your reservation fee is non-refundable, but may be moved to a future litter if your circumstances change.

If all puppies are reserved:
- we will announce if a family cancels
- If we decide to release our breeder hold-back spot)
Most families get their choice. However, there is NO first or last picked puppy.
We temperament test our pups throughout the time they are with us.
We also assess your needs and expectations concerning puppy temperament and behavior.
Through frequent video chats, we explain each puppies' individual traits.
As we discover their traits together, we will recommend which puppies would be a good fit for your family, and explain why.
We believe in a collaborative and strategic approach towards helping you decide which puppy is right for your family.
We will only exercise our reserved right to choose another puppy for you if the preferred puppy's temperament drastically differentiates from your family's needs and expectations.
Please understand this protects our precious puppies from future disruptions and your family from heartache.
