Cutest AKC Yorkies have only two litters per year.
The cost of a Cutest AKC Arizona Yorkie on puppy-pick-up-day is $3500.
Your reservation fee/deposit is $500 and not included in our $3500 puppy-pick-up-day price.
This is our pet price.

Once we receive your application, we will call you to schedule a virtual meeting.
By the end of our review of your application and virtual meeting, we will ask you to join our fur-baby fam clan if you meet criteria and are sure this breed is right for your family.
The puppy contract will be emailed to you for your e-signature along with an invoice and invitation to provide your puppy reservation fee.
Your invoice will include a QR code to pay via Zelle. You can also find this QR code on our appointment page.
When BOTH the contract and reservation fee are fulfilled, your reservation is COMPLETE!!
You will then be added to our reservation list.
Your reservation fee is non-refundable, but may be moved to a future litter if your circumstances change.
Our girl puppy is currently reserved.

If all puppies are reserved. We will announce if a reservation spot becomes available (i.e. if a family cancels, we have more than 5 pups, or if we decide to release our breeder hold-back spot).
Most families get their choice. However, there is NO first or last picked puppy.
We temperament test our pups throughout the time they are with us. We also assess your needs and expectations concerning puppy temperament and behavior. Through frequent video chats, we explain each puppies' individual traits.
As we discover their traits together, we will recommend which puppies would be a good fit for your family, and explain why.
We believe in a collaborative and strategic approach towards helping you decide which puppy is right for your family.
We will only exercise our reserved right to choose another puppy for you if the preferred puppy's temperament drastically differentiates from your families needs and expectations. Please understand that this protects our precious puppies from probable disruption and your family from heartache. This is why we are passionate about helping families choose their puppy based on temperament.
